keyboard lights wont work??

auto light sensor is checked off. ive tried it on as well. Nothing. is there a fix for this or am i screwed?

Are you in a dark environment? The light sensor is pretty sensitive..

doesn't matter where I am at. the lights dont work and the auto sensor is off.. not the caps lock and the fn lights work, but the keyboard doesnt..
I have 2 titans.. you replied to the other thread of mine the lights on that one do work, just not on the other

I thought with that option unckecked that it wouldnt come on at all. Sometimes mine will not come on in a dim area unless I cover the sensor with my finger first.

Do you have the brightness set to at least the second or third notch?

mine did the same thing, but after a hard reset, its back to normal.

What I did to keep my sensor always on was go and get some black nail polish and put a SMALL amount directly on top of the sensor, works great and you don't have to worry about having your finger constantly covering the sensor

it doesnt matter it's unchecked.. they just wont work

try turning up ur backlight

if u have your backlight set to power save the keyboard will Not light up anymore until you change it
