Random lockups... clean install
So when I installed the new stock WM6.1 ROM and I installed some programs with it my phone just started locking up all the time randomly... Then I would soft reset and it would lock on the Alltel splash screen... then I would soft reset and it would lock on the Windows Mobile screen... This happens all the time...
I then flashed to 3.35.671.9. Same problems... Does anyone have an older WM6 ROM that I can try? I really have no idea what to do with my phone and I didn't purchase it from Alltel because I didn't need a data plan so I can't go to them... I'm trying to talk to HTC but I doubt there is anything they will do for a refurbished phone that won't cost as much as a new phone... ugh this stanks.... Any help will be most welcome. Try a hard reset... Just make sure you have all your contacts backed up...

Yeah I tried that... I'm on the phone with HTC now and their response to the problem was, "wow, thats impressive that that much is wrong with your phone...." I'm being transfered to the repairs department now lol.

They say I can send it in to get evaluated, whatever that means... then a TWO WEEK turnaround till I get it back if they accept it. I guess I have no other choice so I'm gonna try that...
Anyone have any experience with HTC repairs?

Try pulling the battery for 30 seconds.

But it seems the company didn't send out a invoice with my phone so I might be in high water...

I'll have to talk to them and try to get an RMA number... its just I don't want to send it in without an invoice and have them just send it back...
Or I'll just conjure up an invoice.... *shifts eyes*
