strange problem.

i am having a weird problem with the start bar at the top of the screen. it keeps freezing up and not working. have tried to flah to a couple of roms, dcd newest one the nuerom 3 and even the stock alltel 6.1 rom but still having same problem. i have not installed any programs so i can't trace it there. any ideas?

you try using the start key on the bottom left?

lol good one buddy, its not that the start menu dosen't work its the whole top bar. when i try to click on the volume or to click on the start bar it does not work.

ok did you try re calibrating the screen?

yeah did that a few times before did nothing. the bar like goes away and i have to reset to get it back again.

That's weird. So the problem followed you all the way through the flashes? I guess I would flash to a stock rom and take it to a store to get it replaced? Never heard of this issue before.

I have this same issue and if I were to guess the cause of it I would have to say that it's X-Button installed on top of a custom rom (might also involve vista battery meter)
