Re: holy **** opera mini ownns

i read that opera mini 4.2 is faster now because the host servers are in the us now and not in norway, that is the reason for the boost in speed lately. now as soon as you can download files in either skyfire or opera mini then every other browser will be obsolete.

Some of you folks need to calm your raging opera-boners. Id like it, if it didn't crash my mogul every time I ran it.

Not to mention that YouTube most definitely does not work.

Re: holy **** opera mini ownns

Skyfire is fast enough for me and if opera doesnt have flash player installed then opera couldn't beat skyfire

Re: holy **** opera mini ownns

I like to watch sites like hulu also, not just youtube. So it would be nice to have a version of opera that could do that. If you know of one, please let me know. Thanks.

I think Skyfire is just too slow and ugly. I still use it sometimes, but it needs a lot of improvements. So I guess I'll just use 3 or 4 browsers to do my dirty work until something gives.

Re: holy **** opera mini ownns

The new versions of Mini still crash my mogul after a handful of page clicks. I can only use the low memory version of version 3. Yes, I am using Jbed. WTF?

Re: holy **** opera mini ownns

ive tried a few jbed versions for opera mini, and i still dont see how anyone could view it as better than skyfire. opera always shows up as the crappy mobile pages, even when its unchecked. skyfire renders everything so nicely, and it's considerably fast for the quality it has over opera mini.

i think most people forget that skyfire is in beta stage. there is no official release. its only the first public beta release, and im betting once it is finalized, no browser will touch it in either speed or quality.

*i didn't mean to rant about skyfire versus opera mini, but thats how it came out.
