I've been defeated
Well, with all my years with sprint, the first time I've been unable to get retensions or ecare to budge on giving me an upgrade (TouchPro) from my current phone. I'm just venting cause I'm dissapointed that so many are able to call and get it and some are not. I was very pleasant and non arguative, I had a reason why it wouldn't be beneficial for me to do any of the options they suggested or for me to wait until April 09 which is when my 2yr agreement renews.
Anyway, I may call back and try my luck at another representative, but I'm just irritated that my co-worker got a Touch Pro before me, lol I've been the one talking about it for months, plus he was up for renewal and was able to get them to give it to him for $253.00 which I'm sure is why he got a good price. Thanks.
