Have you tried taking the battery out and then putting it back in, then turning the phone back on? Or soft resetting it again? If neither of those works, I say a Hard Reset is in order...

i did took the battery for like 3 minutes thn put it bck n its still the same. n i install the tf2d n thn soft reset. n yea im talkn bout the boot screen thanks.. but still the same screen after takng the battery n turning the phone again.
