thanx for the translation, then i believe that he installed something that wasnt compatible with the device, if it doesnt want to boot up than a hard reset would be the answer

the problem is that if it doesnt even turn on, if it can be done...

I would try a Hard Reset on my Mogul with it is turned off, but I don't want the hassle... lol

jajaj u guys are funny but well yea i install a program then i soft reset.. it turn on but dont go to the today screen because the screen stay completely black. mmm??? sorry for my english jajaja anyone can help me/ or at least understand me hahah

I would recommend you back up all your data, but it seems you can't... The black screen... Is that the HTC boot screen you are talking about? And what program did you install? Are you running a stock ROM?

Have you tried taking the battery out and then putting it back in, then turning the phone back on? Or soft resetting it again? If neither of those works, I say a Hard Reset is in order...

a hard reset would be the best answer in my opinion, hold both soft keys (the ones in front with the white dot) and the reset button on the bottom

i did took the battery for like 3 minutes thn put it bck n its still the same. n i install the tf2d n thn soft reset. n yea im talkn bout the boot screen thanks.. but still the same screen after takng the battery n turning the phone again.
