cheapest place for new titan with warranty

I have been looking for a place to get a new HTC PPC 6800 (CDMA). I am going to be using it on Alltel. If I get a Sprint version, I can download a new ROM, right? I'm a computer programmer, so I'm sure I can figure that out.
Anyway I was browsing through the forums and tried to search for NEW PPC 6800, but the search rejects NEW and PPC and that gets me nowhere.

So fogive me if this information is somewhere out there, but I haven't found it yet on PPC Geeks. If anyone knows of any places that have a good deal, I would appreciate the information.

Yes I have checked Ebay extensively and also I saw what was in the Bargain Trader. I'm kind of wanting a brand new phone with warranty if possible. Sometimes people get them as a warranty replacement and don't use them. I have seen a few posts like that on the local Craigs list, but nothing new lately.
I would post a wtb on that area but I am a newbie and cannot. I will just keep looking. Thanks for the info though.

Why not wait for the Touch Pro? I think it'll be out for Alltel before the Verizon buyout is finished.

Oh yeah I would LOVE the touch pro. I am nervous about whether it will be out before merger close. Also I am elegible for upgrade in Feb. So i want to get a smartphone now out of contract in case the pro doesn't come in time. I absolutely want a keyboard.

Well if you'er going to Alltel just wait. Rumors said this week but I have no clue as far as when it will be out.

That is how I got my XV6800. Also, just to make sure everything is clear, one the phone is transfered to someone else the warrenty is voided. So you will be at the mercy of a nice rep to replace it...

I bought a PPC 6800 (Mogul) from user saumaun on here that was on sprint. I'm going to try to reload the ROM and use it with alltel. I plan on using that until Alltel will let me get a touch pro. The I'll give this one to my gf who is on my plan too.
