My concern is to why he didn't spell out his problem in the first place. Makes me question the legality of his 'problem'.

I just got my mogul, and i have metro service on a metro phone now, ive been reading and it is like chinese to me, i dont know where to even start =) hopefully u guys will still reply! i am a pc tech and a cable installer so im not new to tech stuff, just new to this phone thing. So where do i start?
