Htc Touch Icons

Hi everyone,
I am not sure if this is answered.Recently I have installed touch theme on my mogul.It looks really good.
1)I am trying to see if I can replace all the icons to what htc touch diamond has.
2) add a shiny gloss look to the current touch diamond theme

If this has been previously discussed please help me with a link.
