uncooking ROMS

Is it posible to uncook a ROM i need some of the .Cab files from a ROM but i dont want to flash the phone to the new ROM

well i have flashed a few different ROM now and i really like the sounds that some of them have and i also like different programs that the different one have so if i could uncook a rom and get the thing i need out with haveing to reflash and sloly find that that would be great

yes place any NBH file into dogguys bepe3 kitchen, then run prepit.bat and it will decompile the rom
