Keyboard is annoying after 6.1

i've had to return multiple moguls due to the same issues. go ahead and take it back. if you have tep, it shouldn't be an issue.

having same problems. FN key barely works I have to press real hard to get it to work. also the multiple letters when typing happens. I tried hard reset but I dont know if it worked it said to restore to default and when it booted up wm6.1 came up. I know when i bought it i had wm6. also the work completion is off. and couldnt find the letter repeat function either. Is there another solution or do I really have to turn in to sprint store..and take my chances on getting another refurb device?

I have this same problem after 6.1 upgrade. It seems that my "." key and my fn keys are the ones most affected but it seems that my keyboard is all around sluggish now. It usually takes many more presses in general to get keys to be entered what a PITA!
