Good idea... thanks, John. Yeah, Homeland Security/Public Safety provide for some communication equipment, but some are not worthy of the information being transmitted. If you really want to upgrade - you must do so on your own... but comply with the required software/network specs. After all the effort I've put into modding my phone, it sucks to have to be assimilated by the Borg/Blackberry... but, it's for the greater good... considering my line of work.
