I just checked the sprint store and it shows the mogul and touch pro for the same price. So there is no differnece in price now. odd thing is the mogul is so much less of a phone as far as ram etc is concerned why are they the same price?

no idea but they also have the Diamond $50 less both the Titan and the TP. go figure what Sprint is doing

Hi, I know this is late in the game though. I have just recently exchanged my mogul because it had a bad keyboard. The mogul i was given back(after waiting a week) had dead pixels had a clanky loose keyboard and the bottom left corner of the screen had a big "leak" of the backlight. I don't know how to explain that one. So, I took it to the store here to get a "don't see anything wrong" from the idiot tech guy. Made kind of a fuss and they said all they could do is exchange it. So, another week another mogul. What should I do if the next one is unacceptable?? I've NEVER had good service from my sprint store here. Then again I do live in MAUI. Go figure. What do you guys suggest?

No white spots but after 11 months my Mogul just died. The guy at the Sprint store said he hates the Mogul because so many of them do just that. And to complicate matters, they're back-ordered so I've been without for three weeks now. I'm glad I bought the insurance for once.

Seriously I have never even heard of that white spot issue. As far as phones are conerned this Mogul has been the best device since my Toshiba Cell Phone I had before the PPC6700. (I had to replace my 6700 twice because of the touchscreen. It would get soft and squishy in the center and not work in that spot. Got a mogul as a replacement on the 3rd round and have been with it ever since. Sure the Software experiane varries from rom to rom.. but its been a pretty solid device even after being dropped a few more times than I like. Hopefully it will hold out long enough to get me a Touch Pro.

Update to my previous statement.. I may have not heard of the white spot issue, but after staring at my screen I noticed the little lite area which might be that white spot issue. Its in the lower left side of the screen. Its not a huge issue but I do not remember when I got it. I always thought it was from drropping my mogul once and it not breaking the screen but bumping the part behind it. Either way my phone is still pretty sweet. I just loaded up DCD 4.1.2 and after cooking my own roms its nice to start with a clean premade rom.

Exactly. Every Mogul will get it. I got a replacment that got it after two weeks from this thing over heating.
