Re: The Last Stand (Force a Mogul Recall)
Hi, I know this is late in the game though. I have just recently exchanged my mogul because it had a bad keyboard. The mogul i was given back(after waiting a week) had dead pixels had a clanky loose keyboard and the bottom left corner of the screen had a big "leak" of the backlight. I don't know how to explain that one. So, I took it to the store here to get a "don't see anything wrong" from the idiot tech guy. Made kind of a fuss and they said all they could do is exchange it. So, another week another mogul. What should I do if the next one is unacceptable?? I've NEVER had good service from my sprint store here. Then again I do live in MAUI. Go figure. What do you guys suggest?
