Officialy coming to Titan fourm :)

So I have my 6800 but I still haven't activated it yet because I'm waiting for my battery cover to come. It looks brand new. Although when I called VZW for my friend to get this thing I asked the rep if it would come with WM6.1 and she said "yeah all new phones do". Well it doesn't. I have the official VZW WM6.1 ROM here but I heard it's a horible upgrade. I am not ready to unlock this thing. I know, with my Apache I wasen't afraid to try anything because it's unbrickable. With this thing I am not sure. And I don't wanna brick this thing. I am SCARED with the unlocking process. I want GPS for Google Maps though. Unlocking for kitchen is not an option for me at this point. What I wanna know is if I should upgrade to official 6.1? I have spent the past few days reading this forum. Looks like yall got this figured out like with Apache and Vouge. I am happy to be upgraded though. I will do a demo on this phone soon and will do videos on unlocking when I become wiser with this device. But as for now I am a noob with this phone. I don't wanna void warrenty and stuff. I am ready for a new task though. Learning to tweak the Apache was fun but is no longer interesting. It's too easy. So what does all this mean? Well, for now I won't be posting much advice but rather reading and looking up things on this device. Good bye 6700 forums and hello 6800 I am looking foward to having this device tweaked soon though. Bu tunbtil I do so should I stay with the stock WM6 or go to 6.1 as I love threaded SMS and Palm is good but not usable because of OSK issues. Peace.
