PC as Bluetooth Speakerphone

Ok...here's what I Have and what I'm looking for...wondering if anyone out there could be of some help.

I have a Verizon Titan with unlimited everything. I have a Gateway C-5815 tablet mounted in my vehicle for work which I use also as a music player through a JVC-KW-AVX800 receiver via RCA input. Believe it or not, it is actually much easier to operate the laptop while driving than operate the phone.

I would like a software package that would allow me to use the computer to control the phone, allow me to view and send text messages, and act as a bluetooth headset for the phone using the integrated sound card and microphone.

Does anybody know of any software capable of this or at least one of these functions?
