****Need help FAST with PPCKitchen custom ROM 4 Cricket

ok i'm kind of new to the htc phones, i have a htc touch for sprint that i want to convert to cricket with pic and web. if anybody could help me with what steps i need to take i would greatly appreciate it because it seems theres more then one way to go about it.

Hi a noob trying to learn here thank you for this post. I ran this on my mogul and it is SWEET! Will this rom work on any unlocked cdma ppc or is it for specific (htc?) devices? Also is there a repository for beginner tutorials/stickies?
