What do I need to flash from Sprint to Cricket

I recently I bought a used Sprint Mogul my second HTC PPC and I want to flash to Cricket carrier. I was told that PPCGeeks members are mostly expert in these kind of thing. Can anyone help me or point me to the right place where I can get my Sprint Mogul flash to Cricket?
