MMS streaming TCPMP or WMP not supported

Ok this has been making me mad because I found this little app called diamond TV and it plays live tv from all over the world.

Problem is that the mms live streaming isn't working on either wmp or tcpmp. It will say mms not supported or on wmp it doesn't even connect and tells me that the file is missing or is not there.

Does anyone know a trick to use to fix this I've been searching the last day all over and most of the fixes haven't worked for me that I have come across.
