Re: New to the "Custom Phone" thing...
If you're a Sprint customer (and I'm assuming you are as you're referring to it as the Mogul), you're going to want to be exchanging that phone for the Touch pro in about a week.
But this is also assuming that you bought your phone with in the last 23 or so days and can exchange it through Sprint's program.

the 1st and best thing for "nood" to do is use and abuse the search function.
Also cooking a ROM is the BEST way to only have items on your phone you want/use great way to speed the phone up and increase the stability. I get 26mb on reset and run close to 20mb look at http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=33857 |

Re: New to the "Custom Phone" thing...
Well, the phone was purchased a while back by someone before me. I bought the phone and had it activated VERY recently, do you think that will work or will they be able to tell how old the phone is?
As a side note, the phone was turned in having "technical problems" just before I bought it. The one I have is a re-furb from Sprint. You think maybe I can pass it off as a new purchase and exchange it? |

Re: New to the "Custom Phone" thing...
they can tell how old it is by pulling up the ESN #, if it is a re-furb then they definitely can tell how old it is.
I would try the approach of you just got the phone and have had issues ever since you got it. do you have Insurance on it? if so you should be able to upgrade by paying the cost difference. |
