Mogul Trouble...

My mogul frequently freezes when I have it on the charger. Is there any advice that you could give to me so that it doesn't anymore

Are you using the cable that came with your mogul? and does it do this when you're plugged into a computer?

Make sure you have save/backed-up all data on your phone before you do this.

My advice is to hard-reset the device. Most issues I seem to have with the Mogul tend to go away if I hard-reset it. I know its annoying, but that's my tech support for the day

I happens when I have it plugged into the house charger.

Are you using the stock charger and battery?
