everytime i i do a rom on my phone it gets stuck on on start screen i have been using ppckitchen i have tried non-gps and gps but my phone never boot all the way it stays in the start screen it has radio 3.35 ,,oh but when i load its original rom it works great ,,its on 2.4 olip

Take the battery out for 30 seconds. This does it for me sometimes. Also give it a while to boot after that.
