I don't think there are a lot of refurbs in circulation. I got a NIB one a couple of weeks ago when the keyboard on my old one crapped out.

They told me this morning that the warehouse just got a whole shipment of refurbs from HTC so don't count on that. They're prepping for the Touch Pro launch.

Got the new Mogul yesterday. Everything is great so far. I'm going to try to swap for the Touch Pro though like everyone else. I have a real nice case built to be able to do so - I've had 6 Moguls now. Two of them were DOA refurbs from Asurion. Three were brand new. One was a refurb from Sprint. This is getting ridiculous and they would be stupid not to swap me to a new phone since they're obviously losing more money sending me replacement Moguls all the time...

well My phone would not charge properly and my ear piece would not take in my voice. Walked in they checked it for 45 min. Was told they ordered me a replacement. Came in 4 days later got myself a brand new in box mogul. Was able to keep old battery and styleses, charger etc..lol...great experience and paid nothing.

Hmmm. Same thing happened with my mogul back in June. I went to plug it into the usb to sync and nothing happened. I was told I would have to send it in and get a replacement in 2 weeks, but I kept hammering the sprint tech support and finally was able to get them to track me down a phone at the closest sprint store (the official store).

Originally they were going to give me the refurb (it was in a tiny white box), but they couldn't get it working on the network, so they ran back and brought out a brand new one and gave me all the extras that came in the box (sans the battery and leather holder).

Anyways... I wonder how often the usb port issue comes up with other mogul users?

i just got my replacement from them too and it too has a white spot about half a cm and it's nasty! and also..when i click on the scroll bar it doesn't scroll so imma call them at 8 when they open, i think. and complain!

Yeah they are really nice at Asurion honestly. The reps are definitely trained well and most likely paid very well too.
