Re: Tried turning in mogul
Did you try to return the unit into a sprint store ? Is it under the manufactures warranty as well ?

Re: Tried turning in mogul
In addition to what Banzaiwolfe said, if you do have any third party software on your device, mention you bought the software from Sprint. (they sell a lot of apps that will crash the phone and cause problems if you run more than one program)

Re: Tried turning in mogul
I have back on the official rom and fully oem other than a few third party apps, nothing major. Other than the smms pic mail all I have extra is a couple SPB software.

Re: Tried turning in mogul
Agree with all of the above
* hard reset * the sprint guy is correct, the mogul is perfect with the stock rom and *no* apps * "overly glitchy" isn't really much of a problem description. Can you be more specific? My mogul on the stock sprint 6.1 rom is very stable. It even has several 3rd party apps installed.

Re: Tried turning in mogul
Actually if you flash a custom ROM technically it voids the warranty but you can hard reset and flash a stock ROM and they never know the difference. It's not really unethical IMO because we desire something faster and read up on it before we actually do it.

Re: Tried turning in mogul
yea, sprint usually won't deal with the phone unless it has hardware issues. if you can prove that your hardware is faulty, you can probably get a replacement. software glitches can usually be fixed by a hard reset, which is what the sprint tech will probably do to your phone anyway if you bother him enough.
