Tried turning in mogul

i have had the trouble for about a month, i have to hard reset at least once a week(if not more) on account of soft resets not working. the keyboard doesn't register alot of the time unless i hold the buttons for about 2 seconds. the phone also has the tendency to not come off standby without aggrevation with hitting the power button. Been playing with wifes touch and it seems much more responsive. I am thinking if i manage to get a new mogul then i can trade for a touch or something
