Sprint 6800 Display Failure - Help!

Hey guys, I've owned a 6800 for one year now, and this display has gone out not once, but twice. The first time, one month after buying it, I just replaced it through insurance, but now money is real tight, and I can't pay the deductible. Does anyone have any advice on what to do?

Sound still works on the phone, but it doesn't display. For awhile I was able to take out the battery, then restart it, and it would work, then that stopped, and I was only able to leave the phone slid open. If I closed it, the display would go out. Nowww... I can't get a display at all, even after an hour of fiddling with it. Any suggestions?

Go into the sprint store and see if they will replace it for free as a manufacturer's defect. Good luck!
