No idea what that one is, but all no2chem apps that are "officially" available can be found here (at least all the ones I can find)

I have never heard of this either. Also a Google search of "nuemessaging" comes back nill.
If its real and no2chems you can also look at his site.

you're talking about nueMMS, which I don't think is available at the moment since he has been working on the picture mail.
