I think I will probably end up buying a Sprint version for full retail a few days after they come out and then unlocking it to work with VZW.

I love my VZW service and dont want to switch to sprint, but I refuse to take that crippled version that VZW plans to release.

i want to. but the only thing is that i have a mogul thats in such bad shape...

no battery cover... function button and a few keys are starting to not work properly...

i need a new phone asap.. so... wil i have a better chance of gettin the touch pro from a store with a really beat up phone... like mine.. or a fresh one...

Why dont you just go get your mogul replaced for free and sell it on craigslist for $200 brand new? They are replacing moguls with new in box ones right now. Your keys that are starting to not work is a known issue and they will replace your mogul no questions asked. I just did it a week ago.

I'll likely "upgrade" when they eventually run out of available moguls on insurance. It seems that about every 6-12 months my mogul develops some issue (last one was the phone button stopped working). Nothing intentional, it's just the local shop doesn't seem to keen on repairing things, they just swap them out.
