Re: Battery??? Slow To Charge...

Charging, generic car chargers and usb charging is a waste of time.

I have the IGo charger from Radio Shack and it lets me have the Radio, Bluetoot and GPS on and running and it still charges the Mogul.

Re: Battery??? Slow To Charge...

Well the reason I charge overnight on a USB cord is twofold, I can check my e-mail without having to connect to the Alltel network and have it on all night, and two, the slower the charge the longer your battery will last.

Hey hey, I got a generic car charger and USB cable and they work fine. Ive even got a generic charger at work too. But here is the secret they are ALL made in China or Taiwan. The IGo's, the generics, the OEMs, all of them.

Re: Battery??? Slow To Charge...

I have had half a dozen generic usb car chargers, it isn't where it is made; it is about the power they can output.

Re: Battery??? Slow To Charge...

Honestly after all the problems I had with my 6700, I hardly notice any problems with my mogul battery. With my 6700 I had a USB cable on my home computer, work computer and a car charger. Where ever I went and spent any amount of time I had it plugged in to my cradle with one of my FOUR extra batteries in the spare charging slot. Now my mogul can go all day with moderate usage. Sometimes even to if im to busy to mess with it.
