help! mogul frozed

hey.. any one who knows how to work on moguls . i just installed the update on my mogul . and it was workin perfect . then i installed a htc home cab. but didnt liked it . then i un installed so it asked me i had to restart . i press okay so now when i start up my phone it freeze up right when it starts .
any help

i tryed updating it again but since its froozed the update cant read the phone

i keep soft reseting it . and sitll freeze up wen i turn on ..

any help!!
