Sprint tv issue on my mogul

I tried a search, but tv is too small for the search feature...I also hope I put this in the right section....

I have not had this issues until recently. Before I went on vacation last week, sprint tv worked great. Now that I'm back in town and out of the mountains i can watch it again.

Here's the deal though....I start watching tv and it all seems fine. Watch for about 1 minute and then it backs up about 15 seconds and repeats the last 15 seconds or so. Then it will play normalfor about a nother minute and it starts the repeating thing again. happening on Foxnews and CNN, not sure about anything else...

I'm running the new rom, nothing additional other than the weather panel. I have rebooted the phone, that didn't fix it, hard reset didn't either.
