Random occurence

So,

Yesterday, I synced my phone to my work computer. Which was fine. Had all my contacts & programs updated. Now, all of a sudden, my phone's goin' super slow and it takes forever to load contacts, my IM, dial someone, etc. I think I did about 7 or 8 soft resets in about 5 hours. I'm afraid of it! Not really, but has anyone experiecne this? If so, how'd you resolve the problem?
