Mogul As Modem

i download pdanet and still am having trouble connecting my wm6 mogul. i need some help.... school has started and plus i have work so i highly need to use my phone as a modem!!! thnks

yes i am and im using vista.

I use Vista also makes no difference.
1. Go to Commonly requested & popular software/applications and download a Registry Editor I use MeMmaid.

2. change the following registry -

Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\InternetSharing]
Then Delete "Extension"="rilphone.dll"
After that edit the dial "Phone as Modem" to "Sprint PCS"

3. Softrest.

Same reg edit works on the touch.

That should be all. Then just got to Programs and open your Internet sharing App connect the usb and click connect.

I didn't like pdanet, it was too slow and icky. I'd recommend wmwifirouter, it's infinitely better.

i followed al lthe steps here... http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...ss+Modem+Mogul... but when i go to settings>connections>task tab there is nothing saying phone as modem... please help
