a friend said they knew what they were doing please help

i have a sprint mogul and wanted it flashed to cricket.I had a friend do it and now i cant even use the phone.the epst settings are locked and im out a phone.someone help me undo the damages please

hold the power + camera and press the reset button (the pinhole on the bottom of the phone next to the mini USB port)

You should get a tri-color screen, that is the bootloader screen, what does it say there?

So the problem is is that you have no voice or data? Do you want to set it back up for Sprint or try to get it going for Cricket?
