Orange lines in pictures

I don't take too many pictures with my phone but over the weekend I noticed that I am now getting two vertical orange lines in my pictures. The are at the same spot in ever pic and show up both on screen while taking it and in the saved pic. Is my camera shot?

My first mogul (I'm on my third) did this after 2-3 months. I took it into the sprint store and they said it was a defect and ordered me a replacement.
