Need help with my GPS

I can't remember the last time my GPS worked.
I was running radio 3.35 (I think) and I could never get a lock.
Before that I was running the first radio that had GPS, but back then it worked with the stock rom and the custom rom I was using at the time.

Today I flashed 2 different roms trying to get it to work, then I updated my radio to 3.42.30 and am running No2Chems 2.2 (5770-pre rom currently
I've tried to use google maps and gpstoday, neither of those apps ever get a lock. They initialize the gps fine but never acquire any sats.

Anyone know what could be causing this, what I can do to fix this?
