The first one I got when they had just come out didn't catch fire but it probably would have if I hadn't smelled it melting. It just got so hot that the whole bottem had turned mushy and you could smell the stink of burning rubber throughout the house. I am suprised you didn't smell yours before it got to the point of igniting.

well ive had 7 moguls so far, each one keeps breaking or having issues and such. the guy at the sprint store said it would be likely that i would be able to get a diamond when they come out but i dunno anymore..

None-the-less, I think if you take it in and tell them that this happened when it was on the charger they would gladly give you another... that MIGHT be after you threaten to sue, but you know..... lol
