SMS MISSED CALLS AND MESSAGES plugin

I am looking for JUST a plugin similar to the one on the HHC I got my hands on a simple FREE clock program that does not chew up the Moguls memory actually TWO of them but if you can please help. I attached the clock to this post in an advance trade. You can also change the size and RGB colors with this by taking your stylus and press and hold for the options. Also looking for a BIG weather panel that does not chew up memory until I get my HTC PRO

get rl today and find a skin that supports the notifications.and use weatherpanel '09 with the phatphingers theme

Is weatherpanel 09 free, I work for sprint so I am a poor MO FO LOL I really dont want to install any programs like Home Customizer which do not get me wrong is FREAKING great but the mogul does not like it.
