see the videos again to see if u missed somethin. i have a feeling the phone is not in diagnostic mode.

if it gives u a chance to choose a driver location try the windows and/or the system folders. i really dont know right now where they htc diag drivers install to.

yes, instead of send, i press another # and it goes to diag mode. the issue is that the drivers wouldn't install. BUT, i figured it out. i did it with another ROM (PPCgeeks custom OS rom that i cooked (i don't know if cooked is right word here)) and it worked. before i was using some other NSFAN ROM and that one was not letting me do the update. i have gps now, and very happy. Thanks!
