sync with vista???

Here's a tip that may be useful to some...

My Mogul was syncing flawlessly with Vista for months until one day when it wouldn't sync. I spent days trying to figure out what was wrong and must have uninstalled/reinstalled Microsoft's syncing app hundreds of times. I finally figured out that the pins in the mini USB port were pushed down from the constant plugging in the charger every night. I took a razorblade and gently raised them up so the connection was snug. When I plugged my sync cable back in, Vista instantly recognized my Mogul and I haven't had any problems since.

One of the first things I should have checked caused me a lot of frustration!
