Help! My "IEEE 802.11b/g Compatible Wi-Fi " vanished from the network connections! - Page 2

Did a hard reset, but on the Initial Programming Required screen when making a call I dial *228, but it just comes up with a message after a minute of "programming in progress" with "programming is unsuccessful", can't figure this out. Would appreciate any further help!

Called Verizon and was told to use the SPC programmer to change the resident phone # to my own... quick and easy, then *228 worked.

Did you press "1" to initiate the programming? It gets me every time!
