Yea...I'm not going to lie it was nice to have visible proof that they were lazy about it. The worst part was honestly my girlfriend (who knows nothing about phones but works retail and always sides against me) egging the girl on saying how I'm impatient and I don't know what I'm doing, but causing them both to stifle while being polite and silent was a glorious feeling.
