Please Help

MY Sprint Mogul keeps rebooting after I applied DCD rom I cannot use the phone at all now any help I used Titan Unlocker to get rid of my other rom now I still have a burning skull and stewy pic comes up whenever I reboot and then it launches the DCD rom and goes into reboot loop. Please help me save me my phone if possible I would like my OEM rom back.
