Go through Asurion dude... Asurion was great with me... I called them up, ordered the refurb, they sent me a refurb that had a warped screen (seriously had ripples), I called them and they overnighted me a BNIB Mogul...... which I've had for 3 months and already have the white dots... LOL

Yes, I know Assurions service is quite nice, but what happens to the remaining eight months of my warranty? If Sprint repairs or replaces, my warranty remains intact.
