FIXED >> Cannot get into DIAG mode. ##3424 / dmrouter doesn't work

Hi guys i was trying to do the GPS Fix posted here, but i cannot get into the DIAG mode. Tried all possible combinations, ##3424# ##3424 Send, #*#3424... even thru file explorer > windows > running dmrouter.exe
It doesnt even open... What's wrong with me?

I have the no2chem kitchen WM6 flashed into my titan. And i remember I couold go in diag mode before i flash it.
