Annoying beep

My Mogul is making an annoying prolonged beep every time I use the end call button. I've turned off all sounds, reminders, notifications but it is still doing it. Please help if can. Thanx in advance

Try this dude,look at #8. Mine was making the noise on outgoing calls too a while back. The reg change fixed it period.
