registry unlocker???

i searched but couldnt find nothing . is there a cab file that can unlock the registry to make changes?? i had one on my moto Q9c called htc unlock cvs but it doesnt work on the mogul . thanks in advamce

You need a registry editor. No unlocking needed, just an editor. There are free ones in the software section. Check for one here.
