Low program mem
is there anyway to increas the program memory, bc mine shows i only have 20.20mb left and thats when it starts up.. i have changed the registry so it runs faster, but even before that it seemed to have used alot of mem...

A good way to free up space (and increase performance) is to clear out all of your pIE debris. You can do this manually, or get an app such as MemMaid or SK Tools. They're both pretty easy to use and offer a trial period.

You have a Mogul.. the most you can ever expect or hope to have is around 24mb and thats running NOTHING in the background and nothing on the today screen. If you put the HTC Home plugin up and S2U2, you can probably expect around 17-18mb tops.
