ok i got radio 3.35.04 and rom 3vet i got both of here and my spl is 2.40 olipro i got all three of of here and thank you guys for the help but i tryed the hard reset i takes for ever to start up and then it stills stalls on me i cant start it up when its on the pc by usb and it works even longer with out stalls when its being changed

After you flash, disconnect the phone from the USB. When you boot the first time after a Hard reset it does take a while to load. It is not a "stall". The first boot takes about 2 minutes sometimes. When you did your first Custom flash did you pull the battery out, then reinsert it followed by a hard reset?

It is hard for you to get help from 3 different threads because they may conflict with each other. Please try to refrain from multiposting.
